FOCUS
Our focus at Fortuneland Academy is to prepare the pupils for greater exposure and further education and to equip them to play prominent and purposeful leadership roles in the larger society in the future. The school provides courses appropriate to the pupils’ capabilities and aptitudes. Such courses are sufficiently varied to encompass the needs of the people in all walks of life, not just for formal examination but also for non-formal genres of the curriculum.
Mission Statement:
Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today.
The mission of Fortuneland Academy is to establish, operate and run educational institutions at all levels that cater for the total development of the child especially the full and complete development of their innate abilities and skills so as to reach the pinnacle of their productivity and usefulness to themselves, their families, communities, nations and the world. We hold that every child has a gift or talent that can be developed to its optimum level knowing that no child is un-teachable. We are to motivate, build confidence and create opportunities that lead to the attainment of superior human qualities: love, service, integrity, self-reliance, patriotism, creativity and other enduring virtues and values. These should enhance the growth of the physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual qualities of our pupils.
The products of Fortuneland must emerge as leaders in whatever service they find themselves at whatever level and in any walk of life. Leadership qualities and skills that are acquirable must be inculcated in the pupils of Fortuneland.
